My name is John Clover and I have been working as a professional chef for 30 years in high end, fine dining restaurants and hotels, most of which were four star and four diamond rated. I have 3 daughters and love to cook, camp, and hangout with our dog, Sampson. I opened Absaroka Cake Company in 2017 when I saw a need for specialty cakes here in Jackson Hole. I have worked with individuals around the country to deliver dream wedding, birthday, and celebratory cakes ever since!
